Project Information
Our brand seeks to create a visual point of difference so it doesn't get lost amongst a sea of other residential developments fighting for attention in the double grammar zone area. Instead of resorting to overused graphic clichés and colour palettes that allude to luxury, The Ranfurly seeks to evoke a sense of positivity and approachability that will better resonate with its predominantly 30-40's buyer demographic.
The resulting design is refined and elegant, yet still family-friendly and approachable. Choices in typography give a nod to schooling and heritage, paired with an unexpected colour palette that feels fresh and buoyant. We created an icon that represented the 3 pillars of the area, a house that represent safety and security, a book that represents the great schools in the area and a rose that represents the lush greenery and great parks that are surrounding Epsom.
